Survey Finds Mixed Support For Bigger Staffs:

Results for HillFaith’s June 30 survey asking about increasing the personal staffs of senators and representatives are in and they may come as a surprise to some.

To the question “Bigger Staff for the Hill,” 50 percent agreed with the statement “Yes, everybody will benefit, especially constituents.”

Yet 33 percent agreed with the statement “Not necessarily, depends on the state or district.

And 17 percent agreed with the statement “No, staff talent and energy are far more VIP.”
