Here’s Why Jesus Is Nothing Like Buddha, Confucius, Krishna, Mohammed, Etc.

Here’s a great question: Even if Jesus was resurrected from the dead three days after He was crucified and buried, how does that relate to the Bible’s claim He is the King of Kings before whom every knee will bow and every tongue will confess as Lord of Lords?

That’s the question from the Think Institute’s Joel Settcase to former NBC “Dateline” cold-case detective J. Warner Wallace, who points out that Jesus’ resurrection was no “near-death experience, this was a death.”

There are regularly reports of people claiming to have had near-death experiences in which they typically see a bright light, then find themselves back here among the living. That’s not what happened with Jesus and that makes all the difference in the world between Him and every other person who ever lived:
